هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعّرف درجة التنسيق بين أدوار المشرفين التربويين ومديري المدارس في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان، ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف صممت استبانة مكونة من (52) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها طبقت على (250) فردا هم (مدير مدرسة ومشرف تربوي) في العام الدراسي 2013/2014 م. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين واختبار (ت). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: أن درجة التنسيق بين أدوار المشرفين التربويين ومديري مدارس التعليم في محافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان جاءت متوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بضرورة أن يدرك كل من المشرف التربوي ومدير المدرسة أهمية تحديد أساليب وأدوات تقويم المعلمين، وضرورة أن تشكل المديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم في محافظة مسقط لجنة لمتابعة تنسيق الدور الإشرافي وخصوصا في الأبعاد الإشرافية المتوسطة الأداء مثل تقييم الإنجاز السنوي للمعلمين، وتطوير المنهاج. The aim of this study is to identify the degree of coordination among educational supervisors and school principals in terms of their roles in the State of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of (52) items was designed. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, 250 individuals of school principals and educational supervisors were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaire during the academic year 2013/2014.To evaluate the responses, means, standard deviation, differential analysis and T test were employed. The study highlighted a number of results, the most important of which is that the degree of coordination among school principals and educational supervisors in terms of their roles is medium in the State of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The results also indicated the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of (a = 0.05) due to the effects of gender, academic qualification and years of experience. In the light of the findings, the researcher recommends that: 1) School principals and educational supervisors should pay the due attention to the importance of determining the procedures and tools of evaluating school teachers. 2) The Directorate General of Education in the State of Muscat should form a committee to take care of supervisors’ performance especially in the areas where their performance is medium. I suggest that an annual assessment of teachers’ performance and curriculum development. (Published Abstract)
