هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام طريقة التعّلم التعاوني مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية على التحصيل في مادة الرياضيات والاتجاه نحوها لطلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من44 طالبة من طالبات مدرسة خولة بنت الأزور الأساسية في لواء المزار الجنوبي، في شعبتين: إحدى الشعب درست بطريقة التعّلم التعاوني 22 طالبة، والشعبة الأخرى درست بالطريقة التقليدية 22 طالبة. وتمّ استخدام أداتين: الأولى اختبار تحصيلي، والثانية مقياس آيكن للاتجاهات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لطريقة التدريس في التحصيل، ولصالح طريقة التعّلم التعاوني، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة كذلك وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لطريقة التدريس في اتجاهات الطالبات، ولصالح طريقة التعّلم التعاوني (الملخص المنشور)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using cooperative learning on the achievement of Eighth Graders in Mathematics and their attitudes towards it. The sample of the study consisted of 44 students in khawlah bint al-Azoar school in District Southern Almazar, in two groups 22 students as an experimental group (cooperative learning) and 22 students as a control group. Two instrument were used: an achievement test and Aiken,L.R. measure of attitude. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect on achievement in favor of the experimental group (cooperative learning), and there is a statistically significant effect of their attitudes towards cooperative learning in favor of the experimental group (cooperative learning).
